Welcome to the WeWALK community. Follow the steps below to set up your Smart Cane 2 for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Unbox your cane and attach the lower cane shaft to the smart handle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Charge the cane fully using the included Type-C cable. The full charge takes approximately 2 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Download the WeWALK app<\/a> on your iPhone or Android phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Turn on the cane by pressing and holding the power button \u2014 the square button, the first button from the top on the front side \u2014 for 3 seconds. You should hear a startup sound.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In your phone\u2019s Bluetooth settings, find \u201cWeWALK\u201d and tap on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. A pairing request will appear \u2014 accept it to pair your cane with your phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Open the WeWALK App and accept the Terms & Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Explore the Get to Know Smart Cane section in the app. It contains audio tutorials that guide you through every feature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
