{"id":1065,"date":"2024-04-25T20:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T17:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.wewalk.io\/en\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=1065"},"modified":"2026-03-03T12:38:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T09:38:52","password":"","slug":"how-to-use-the-voice-menu","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/support.wewalk.io\/en\/article\/how-to-use-the-voice-menu\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Use the Voice Menu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Here\u2019s how you can navigate the Voice Menu on WeWALK:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access the Voice Menu:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press the <strong>Select<\/strong> button to enter the Voice Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Navigating Through the Menu:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the <strong>Previous<\/strong> or <strong>Next<\/strong> buttons to navigate between different menu items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each time you press the <strong>Select<\/strong> button, it will allow you to move to a new feature within the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selecting a Feature:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you hear the wanted feature, press the <strong>Select<\/strong> button to choose it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For example, while in the &#8220;My Places&#8221; section, pressing <strong>Select<\/strong> will take you to the sub-menu with your saved locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exploring Sub-menus:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After entering a sub-menu, use the <strong>Previous<\/strong> or <strong>Next<\/strong> buttons to browse through different options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press <strong>Select<\/strong> again to confirm your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exiting the Menu:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To exit a menu, press the <strong>Close<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Using with Headphones:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For better sound clarity when you&#8217;re outside, it\u2019s recommended to use a <strong>Bluetooth<\/strong> or <strong>wired headphone<\/strong> connected to your smartphone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If some smartphones do not transmit the Voice Menu audio properly to the WeWALK device, using headphones connected to the phone is advised.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>Access to the Voice Menu may depend on your Smart Cane model or subscription package. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To check which package you currently have:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the\u00a0WeWALK\u00a0App.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the\u00a0<strong>My Account<\/strong>\u00a0tab.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on\u00a0<strong>Active Packages<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"12\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here\u2019s how you can navigate the Voice Menu on WeWALK: NOTE:\u00a0Access to the Voice Menu may depend on your Smart Cane model or subscription package.
