The AI Assistant on the Smart Cane 2 lets you ask questions and get answers hands-free. To use it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Make sure your cane is connected to your mobile phone from the Bluetooth settings of your phone and that your phone has internet access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Press and hold the voice assistant button, the circular button on the front side, to activate it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You will hear a confirmation sound. Then speak your question naturally while holding the button \u2014 for example, \u201cWhere am I?\u201d or \u201cStart navigation to the nearest cafe.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The assistant will respond through the cane\u2019s speaker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    NOTE: <\/strong>Access to the AI Assistant may depend on your Smart Cane model or subscription package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To check which package you currently have:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the WeWALK App. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to the My Account<\/strong> tab. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Tap on Active Packages<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
