Follow these steps to change the default language in the WeWALK app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the WeWALK App<\/strong> \u2013 Open the WeWALK application on your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the “My Account” Tab<\/strong> \u2013 Tap on the “My Account” tab, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open Preferences<\/strong> \u2013 Navigate to the Preferences page within the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select “Other Preferences”<\/strong> \u2013 Tap on the “Other Preferences” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Choose “Select Language”<\/strong> \u2013 Find the “Select Language” button and tap to access the available language options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select Your Language<\/strong> \u2013 From the supported language list, choose your preferred language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Confirm Your Selection<\/strong> \u2013 After selecting your preferred language, tap “OK” to confirm. The app will automatically close.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Reopen the App<\/strong> \u2013 Reopen the WeWALK app. It will now be set to your selected language.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Changing the Language & Audio Settings on WeWALK Smart Cane 2<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After setting the app language to your preferred language, you can change the language and audio settings of your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 by following the steps below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Connect Your Device<\/strong> \u2013 Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app via the Smart Cane tab. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Open Device Preferences<\/strong> \u2013 In the Smart Cane tab, tap \u201cDevice Preferences.\u201d<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Go to Language & Audio Preferences<\/strong> \u2013 Navigate to the \u201cLanguage & Audio Preferences\u201d<\/strong> section. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select Your Preferences<\/strong> \u2013 Choose your preferred language. You can also: \n

      • Select between different audio options <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Adjust audio volume (low or high) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Increase the speech speed for faster audio feedback <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Update Settings<\/strong> \u2013 Tap \u201cUpdate Your Smart Cane\u2019s Language & Audio\u201d<\/strong> after making your selections. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong> To complete the update, both your mobile phone and your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 must have at least 30% battery charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        After completing these steps, you can use your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 with your preferred language and audio settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
