Once downloaded, you may log in with your phone number or your e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can subscribe to an add-on by following the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the&nbsp;WeWALK&nbsp;app&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>My Account<\/strong>&nbsp;tab&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Subscription&nbsp;Packages<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a subscription plan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the payment is successfully processed, you can start using the subscribed features within the&nbsp;WeWALK&nbsp;app.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you own a&nbsp;WeWALK&nbsp;Smart Cane,&nbsp;whether you need an&nbsp;additional&nbsp;subscription depends on your selected add-ons and region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WeWALK&nbsp;offers the following add-ons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>WeWALK Smart Cane 2<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>Safety<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obstacle Detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flashlight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>WeWALK Smart Cane 2<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>Navigation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obstacle Detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flashlight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>WeWALK Smart Cane 2<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>AI<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obstacle Detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flashlight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Some features may also be available as add-ons depending on your region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To check which add-ons you currently have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the WeWALK App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>My Account&nbsp;<\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on&nbsp;<strong>Active Packages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, you can see which add-ons and subscriptions are currently active on your account.
