The WeWALK Smart Cane 2 offers two volume levels: Low<\/strong> and High<\/strong>. You can change the volume either directly from the cane or through the WeWALK app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjusting Volume from the WeWALK Smart Cane 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Briefly press the Calibration Button<\/strong> located on the side of the cane, just below the obstacle detection button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You will hear a volume level notification from the cane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Press the calibration button briefly again to switch between low and high volume levels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Adjusting Volume from the WeWALK App<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the WeWALK app and connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 through the Smart Cane<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap Device Preferences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Go to Language & Audio Preferences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select your preferred volume level: Low<\/strong> or High<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Tap Update Your Smart Cane\u2019s Language & Audio<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
