Warming during or shortly after charging can be normal, but if your cane heats up noticeably or its usage time drops, please try the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Turn the device off and on again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If the cane has been charging for a long time, unplug it and let the device rest for 1 hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Confirm that your cane is running the latest firmware version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If the issue continues, you can open a request by sending an email to info@wewalk.io<\/a> to have your device\u2019s battery health data checked.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
