If your cane no longer vibrates when it detects an obstacle, please try the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Turn the device off and on again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Check whether the device has received a physical impact, such as a fall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Confirm that obstacle detection is working through voice feedback. Press and hold the button at the top of the side buttons. If there is no obstacle in front of the cane, you should hear no audible feedback; if there is an obstacle, you should hear a beep.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Test detection at close range by holding your hand about 20 cm in front of the sensor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If the device has had contact with liquid, store it at room temperature for 24 hours with the sensor facing down, then check again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
