If navigation does not start, stops unexpectedly, or gives you directions that do not match your surroundings, please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Make sure your WeWALK app is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Make sure your phone has an active internet connection and that Location permission is enabled for the WeWALK app, set to “Always” or “While Using the App.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you are using your Smart Cane 2 during navigation, make sure its firmware is up to date, then calibrate the compass on your cane. You can find the full steps in our article “How can I calibrate the compass of my WeWALK Smart Cane 2.”<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. After calibrating, close the app completely, reopen it, reconnect your cane, and start the route again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
