So what exactly does the onboarding program offer you?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large\"><strong>Order tracking:<\/strong>&nbsp;We will make sure that you&#8217;re kept updated from the time that your new smart cane is shipped, to the time that it&#8217;s delivered to your doorstep. Need help tracking your package, we&#8217;re here to help!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-large\"><strong>Get prepped: <\/strong>We will be getting in touch as soon as your order ships and sharing information that will help you get a head start with onboarding.
