You can download the WeWALK app from the App Store on iOS or from Google Play Store on Android. After downloading, you can log in using your email address or phone number.
You can subscribe to an add-on by following the steps below:
- Open the WeWALK app
- Go to the My Account tab
- Select Subscription Packages
- Choose a subscription plan
- Complete the payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay
Once the payment is successfully processed, you can start using the subscribed features within the WeWALK app.
If you own a WeWALK Smart Cane, whether you need an additional subscription depends on your selected add-ons and region.
WeWALK offers the following add-ons:
- WeWALK Smart Cane 2 Enhanced Safety
- Obstacle Detection
- Flashlight
- WeWALK Smart Cane 2 Navigation
- Obstacle Detection
- Flashlight
- Navigation
- WeWALK Smart Cane 2 AI

- Navigation
- AI Assistant
Some features may also be available as add-ons depending on your region.
To check which add-ons you currently have:
- Go to the WeWALK App.
- Go to the My Account tab.
- Tap on Active Packages.
Here, you can see which add-ons and subscriptions are currently active on your account. If your add-ons include a subscription, you can use it by connecting your Smart Cane to the WeWALK app. To do this, open the Smart Cane tab and pair your device by tapping Device List.
If your add-ons do not include a subscription, you can still purchase the subscription from the WeWALK App -> My Account -> Subscription Packages page.
