If I own a WeWALK smart cane, do I also need to purchase a WeWALK subscription?

If you own a WeWALK Smart Cane, you do not need to subscribe to the features such as navigation, explore or public transport, and use these features free of charge. However, whether you need an additional subscription for AI Assistant depends on your selected add-ons and region.

WeWALK offers the following add-ons:

1. WeWALK Smart Cane 2
   • Obstacle Detection
   • Flashlight
   • Unlimited Navigation, included with Smart Cane 2 ownership
2. WeWALK Smart Cane 2 + AI
   • Obstacle Detection
   • Flashlight
   • Unlimited Navigation, included with Smart Cane 2 ownership
   • Unlimited AI Assistant, included with Smart Cane 2 ownership

Some features may also be available as add-ons depending on your region.

To check which add-ons you currently have:

1. Go to the WeWALK App.
2. Go to the My Account tab.
3. Tap on Active Packages.

Here, you can see which add-ons and subscriptions are currently active on your account. If your add-ons include a subscription, you can use it by connecting your Smart Cane to the WeWALK app.

If your add-ons do not include AI Assistance, you can still purchase the annual subscription from the WeWALK App -> My Account -> Subscription Packages page.
