Connecting the app and the smart cane

To Connect Your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to WeWALK:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. 
2. Turn on your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 by pressing and holding the square button. 
3. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find “WeWALK,” and tap on it. 
4. A pairing request will appear — accept it to pair your cane with your phone. 
5. Open the WeWALK App 
6. Accept pairing and accept Terms & Conditions.

To Forget the WeWALK Smart Cane 2:

1. Open the WeWALK App and go to the Smart Cane tab. 
2. Under My Devices, tap the icon next to “WeWALK” and select Forget this device. 
3. Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and forget “WeWALK” there as well.

Please note that if you would like to connect another WeWALK Smart Cane 2, you would need to forget the currently paired device first.
