The WeWALK app is designed especially for people who may have low vision. For this, the app allows you to modify the visual settings to improve its accessibility. To customise the app to be suitable for low vision users, the steps are as follows:
1. Within the WeWALK app, click on the “Preferences” tab that is in the middle at the bottom of the screen.
2. Now, select “Other Preferences”.
3. You may now select the “Visual Preferences” tab, which will be the first tab on the screen.
4. The default theme uses black text on a white background, but it can be changed to white text on a black background or yellow text on a black background. You can also customise the text size according to your needs.
5. After you’ve selected your preferred setting, tap the “Apply” button to save your changes.
