You can download the WeWALK app from the App Store on iOS or from Google Play Store on Android. After downloading, you can log in using your existing WeWalk email and phone number. If you own the Smart Cane, there is no need to purchase a premium subscription as it is included in the package when you buy the cane.
To access the premium membership, connect your Smart Cane to the app.
To connect, press the “Connect Smart Cane” button and pair your cane with the app by pressing the “Connect” button. After this step, you will be able to view information related to your premium membership in the profile section of the app.
If you do not own a Smart Cane and want to access premium features like Navigation, Discover, and Public Transport in the WeWALK app, please follow the steps below:
- Open the WeWALK app.
- Go to the “My Account” tab at the far right at the bottom of the page.
- After entering the “Purchase WeWalk Package” menu, select from monthly or annual subscription plans.
- Complete the payment through Apple or Google Pay to finalize your subscription.
Once the payment is successfully processed, you can enjoy the premium subscription and all its features in the WeWALK app.
