How Can I Adjust the Volume on My WeWALK Smart Cane 2?

The WeWALK Smart Cane 2 offers two volume levels: Low and High. You can change the volume either directly from the cane or through the WeWALK app.

Adjusting Volume from the WeWALK Smart Cane 2

1. Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app.
2. Briefly press the Calibration Button located on the side of the cane, just below the obstacle detection button.
3. You will hear a volume level notification from the cane.
4. Press the calibration button briefly again to switch between low and high volume levels.

Adjusting Volume from the WeWALK App

1. Open the WeWALK app and connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 through the Smart Cane tab.
2. Tap Device Preferences.
3. Go to Language & Audio Preferences.
4. Select your preferred volume level: Low or High.
5. Tap Update Your Smart Cane’s Language & Audio to save the changes.

Note: To complete the update successfully, both your mobile phone and your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 must have at least 30% battery charge.
