Is there an option for return?

“We are confident that you will love the WeWALK smart cane, but if you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return the product within 30 days.

During this return process, there is no return fee for purchases made from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Turkey until the end of the year. For returns from other countries, a nominal percentage deduction is made to cover logistics and customs costs.

For a return, the product must be in good, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. All accessories that came with your WeWALK Smart Cane must also be included in the return. After the checks regarding the box contents are completed, a refund will be issued.
