WeASSIST operates on a monthly subscription basis. Each month, users receive free minutes credited to their account. If you want additional minutes, you can check and purchase monthly packages via the WeWALK app: go to My Account → Subscription Packages, review available packages, and choose the one that suits you.
Important: Minutes are defined monthly and do not roll over to the next month if unused.
