If you already have a WeWALK profile but can’t seem to remember the password, you can easily reset the password using the following steps:
1. Open WeWALK app
2. Select the Profile tab
3. Tap the Log in button
4. Enter the email address associated with your WeWALK account and tap “Next”.
5. Select the “Forgot My Password” button.
6. You will receive an email at the email address associated with your WeWALK profile. If you do not find it, please check your junk or spam folder.
7. Open the password reset email from a phone that has WeWALK app installed. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your WeWALK profile password.
If you are already logged into your account but would like to change your password, please log out of your account first and then follow the steps mentioned above.
