While the WeWalk Smart Cane is water-resistant when used with its case, extended exposure to rainwater can damage the cane. If there is heavy rain, you may prefer to switch off the cane and cover it and continue using it as a traditional white cane. Please note that due to rain, the obstacle detection feature of the cane may not be available due to being covered.
If your Smart Cane gets wet due to rain or snow, please allow it to dry at room temperature to prevent any damage to the cane.
