Follow these steps to adjust the audio speed of your WeWALK Smart Cane 2:
- Connect Your Device – Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app via the Smart Cane tab.
- Open Device Preferences – In the Smart Cane tab, tap “Device Preferences.”
- Go to Language & Audio Preferences – Navigate to the “Language & Audio Preferences” section.
- Adjust Speech Speed – Select the faster speech speed option according to your preference.
- Update Settings – Tap “Update Your Smart Cane’s Language & Audio” to apply the changes.
Note: To complete the update, both your mobile phone and your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 must have at least 30% battery charge.
Please ensure that both your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 and the WeWALK app are up to date to change the audio settings.
