You can check your battery level directly in the WeWALK app:
- Turn on your Smart Cane 2 and connect it to your phone by:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Turn on the cane by pressing and holding the power button — the square button, the first button from the top on the front side — for 3 seconds. You should hear a startup sound.
- In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find “WeWALK,” and tap on it.
- A pairing request will appear — accept it to pair your cane with your phone.
- Open the Smart Cane tab. The current battery level is displayed at the top of the page, under the Connected Device and above the “Get to Know Smart Cane” tab.
If you have an active AI Voice Assistant subscription, you can also ask the assistant on your cane for your battery level without taking out your phone. Press and hold the circular button, which is the third button from the top of the cane. Once you hear the activation sound, continue holding the button and ask, “What is my device battery level?”.
