Follow these steps to change the default language in the WeWALK app:
- Open the WeWALK App – Open the WeWALK application on your device.
- Go to the “My Account” Tab – Tap on the “My Account” tab, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Open Preferences – Navigate to the Preferences page within the app.
- Select “Other Preferences” – Tap on the “Other Preferences” button.
- Choose “Select Language” – Find the “Select Language” button and tap to access the available language options.
- Select Your Language – From the supported language list, choose your preferred language.
- Confirm Your Selection – After selecting your preferred language, tap “OK” to confirm. The app will automatically close.
- Reopen the App – Reopen the WeWALK app. It will now be set to your selected language.
Changing the Language & Audio Settings on WeWALK Smart Cane 2
After setting the app language to your preferred language, you can change the language and audio settings of your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 by following the steps below:
- Connect Your Device – Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app via the Smart Cane tab.
- Open Device Preferences – In the Smart Cane tab, tap “Device Preferences.”
- Go to Language & Audio Preferences – Navigate to the “Language & Audio Preferences” section.
- Select Your Preferences – Choose your preferred language. You can also:
- Select between different audio options
- Adjust audio volume (low or high)
- Increase the speech speed for faster audio feedback
- Update Settings – Tap “Update Your Smart Cane’s Language & Audio” after making your selections.
Note: To complete the update, both your mobile phone and your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 must have at least 30% battery charge.
After completing these steps, you can use your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 with your preferred language and audio settings.
Please ensure that both your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 and the WeWALK app are up to date to change the language and audio settings.
