Changing WeWALK’s default language

Follow these steps to change the default language in the WeWALK app:

  1. Open the WeWALK App – Open the WeWALK application on your device.
  2. Go to the “My Account” Tab – Tap on the “My Account” tab, located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Open Preferences – Navigate to the Preferences page within the app.
  4. Select “Other Preferences” – Tap on the “Other Preferences” button.
  5. Choose “Select Language” – Find the “Select Language” button and tap to access the available language options.
  6. Select Your Language – From the supported language list (English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Romanian, Russian, Chinese, Dutch), choose your preferred language.
  7. Confirm Your Selection – After selecting your preferred language, tap “OK” to confirm. The app will automatically close.
  8. Reopen the App – Reopen the WeWALK app. It will now be set to your selected language.

By following these steps, you can easily adjust the default language of the WeWALK app to match your preferences and needs.

After setting the app language to your preferred language by following the steps above, you can change the language of your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 by following the steps below:

  1. Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app via the Smart Cane tab.
  2. In the Smart Cane tab, tap “Check the Updates.”
  3. Go to the Smart Cane 2’s Language section.
  4. Tap Check the Language Version.
  5. Select Update Your Smart Cane’s Language.

After completing these steps, you can use your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 in your preferred language.
