Follow these steps to update your WeWALK Smart Cane 2’s firmware:
- Connect Your Device – Connect your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 to the WeWALK app via the Smart Cane tab.
- Check for Updates – In the Smart Cane tab, tap “Check the Updates.”
- Check Version – Tap “Check Version” to see if your device is up to date.
- Update Firmware – If a new version is available, update your Smart Cane 2.
Note: To complete the update, both your mobile phone and your WeWALK Smart Cane 2 must have at least 30% battery charge.
